Biosafety Now co-founder Justin Kinney presented testimony to the Wisconsin State Assembly in support of Assembly Bill 413, which would prohibit “gain-of-function” research that enhances potential pandemic pathogens (ePPP research) and require researchers working with potential pandemic pathogens to submit a report to state and local officials.
